Placeholder graphics

Authored some very simple placeholders and transitioned over to them today. Notable is that the 'locomotive' (crude graphics aside) here is correctly longer than its carriages and the track splines etc. deal with this fine.

Also fixed a bunch of bugs related to tracks being closed loops
